Downloadable Schedule

If you are anything like me (and I am sure everyone is like me) you are always wondering when the Diamondbacks are playing next. I’ve built an Excel CSV file with all of the Diamondbacks games that can be imported into your Outlook Calendar. This way you can be reminded of when you need to go to the game or find a television to catch all of the action. You’ll never be Diamondbacks time challenged again. The instructions for importing the data are given below in case you have forgotten how to do that.

After downloading the.csv file (Windows users: right-click the link and select Save Link As... or Save Target As... depending on your browser of choice then choose a destination on your hard drive. Mac users: Control-Click the link and select Save Target As...), please follow these instructions to import the schedule to your Outlook calendar:

  1. From the top toolbar, click File -> Import and Export
  2. Select "Import from another program or file" and click Next
  3. Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next
  4. Click the Browse button and navigate to the saved schedule file, select "Do not import duplicate items" and click Next
  5. From the "Select destination folder" pop-up, click on Calendar and click Next
  6. In the next window, under the box labeled, "The following actions will be performed:", click the box next to the option labeled, "Import "Diamondbacks2013.csv" into folder: Calendar."
  7. In the Map Custom Fields pop-up window, click and drag the fields from the left window into the right window, as follows:
    • START_TIME to Start Time (select START_TIME for local time zone (Arizona), or START_TIME_ET for all ET)
    • DESCRIPTION to Description
    • END_DATE to End Date
    • REMINDER_ON_OFF to Reminder On/Off
    • REMINDER_TIME to Reminder Time (select REMINDER_TIME for local time zone, or REMINDER_TIME_ET for all ET)
    • EVENTORGANIZER to Meeting Organizer

I’ve also included warm-ups for all the games played at Chase Field along with the Promotions schedule so that you can get there on time to get the free stuff.

Since people have asked, I have previous years Diamondbacks Schedules available for download as well:
For those using Google Calendar, I also have the schedule in ICS format:
