Season tickets for the Arizona Diamondbacks are currently available. If you are interested in placing an order for season tickets, please contact an account representative for the Arizona Diamondbacks baseball club. Each season ticket request must be accompanied by a $75 non-refundable deposit. For more information, please call (602) 462-4600 or visit the Arizona Diamondbacks web site.
Season Ticket Holder Benefits
Anybody and everybody can get tickets to a game, but only season ticket holders get:
- Tickets to all 83 home games, including two pre-season exhibition games
- Option to purchase season parking passes
- Discount card for 15% off purchases of $10 or more at any of the eight Team Shop locations in the Valley
- First option to renew and relocate your tickets for subsequent seasons
- The chance to turn unused current season tickets into extra tickets to select games later in the season
- Free subscription to Diamondbacks Magazine
Customer Service with a Smile
As a season ticket holder you have your own department working for you. The Account Services Department has Account Representatives available to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your account, policies and procedures, games or Chase Field in general. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and until the third inning on game days. Tucson Electric Park (TEP) is located at 2500 E. Ajo Way in Tucson Arizona. TEP is just south of downtown Tucson, just north of Interstate 10. If you're coming from Phoenix or from the north, take the Ajo Way exit (which is also marked as the Kino Parkway. exit) and head east, following the signs and the smell of hot dogs.
