The disappearance of Oliver P. Phinnius has international implications. Phinnius has been working for the Bohemian government for the past several months. His work has been vital in allowing archeologists to piece together a theory of dinosaur migration patterns. If this theory holds true, it may allow scientists the ability to predict where oil lies without costly exploratory drilling. With Phinnius gone, the entire Bohemian expedition is at a stand still. Oil cartels and faction extremists applauded the disappearance. Garrison's list of suspects was growing quickly and it was clear that many of these subjects were outside the borders of this country. As Arizona Jeff sat in the police station, the officer began recounting all the clues he had uncovered in this case. During this dissertation, Arizona Jeff interrupted the inspector and said, "I can see this will not be an ordinary adventure but rather one that will take us all around the world. We are searching out a mad man who would think nothing of disrupting everything in his path for the sake of an adventure. We are going to need help and I am therefore calling on all adventurers for their assistance."

"Upon accepting this challenge, each adventurer will receive a passport to begin his or her journey around the world. Because the world is so large, we will need to keep careful notes. After receiving their passport, the adventuring team will split up and begin searching the World for any signs of Oliver P. Phinnius. Along the way, adventurers will be required to stop other pin traders and trade their pins documenting each trade. The goal of this adventure is to travel the world collecting pins and signatures within their passports. At the end of this adventure, we will meet at the All-Star Movies resort food court for one final pin trade and to compare our passports. For an adventurer to be successful, they must make 80 pin trades with 80 pin traders and have stamps or signatures that document these trades. A drawing will be held during the last leg of this trade where adventurers who have successfully completed the 80 trades may win prizes."

"The rules are simple, a signature in the passport for each pin traded. An adventurer may trade a single pin 80 times or they may trade 80 pins a single time, the choice is up to them. Each adventurer must keep track of their own trades. There can be no sharing of their passport. For those adventurers who are acting as proxy adventurers, there will be two passports; one for themselves and one for their proxy. Care must be taken to ensure their passports are up-to-date. It would be unfortunate if a border guard should stop them to enquire of their papers and detain them because of a technicality."

"Adventurers may receive their passport any time they happen to find Arizona Jeff or Mean Laureen; whether it is at a mini-meet or walking through the world. Get your gear, it's adventure time!"
