Players will typically answer requests as time permits. Requests sent during the regular season will generally be handled quicker than those sent during the off-season. The items sent to the team are placed in the player's mailbox to be picked up at their convenience. The amount of mail received sometimes makes it difficult to respond to every request but the players try to accomodate as many fans as they can.
